About
MY BACKGROUND
Music is more than just a subject in school or a continuous sound over time to me.
As a future music educator, I want to share what I have learned about music and all of its beautifully simple as well as its elegant complexities. Music can connect one heart with many is such plentiful ways. My first music experience began at a very young age for me at church with my grandparents. I remember the first time I performed for my grandparents in their living room, which became my stadium-sized packed-full concert stage in my young imagination.
I have loved music and how a song can communicate the way words simply cannot. I have known teaching music is my path and God has made that clear to me when He was ready for me to pursue that career.
